Level 70 Cap: Things to Prepare!

The Destruction of Saint Haven is almost upon us, and that most certainly means that adventurers should come prepared in battle. The biggest leap in level cap difficulty is underway, and with all the effort and time given to us in the previous cap, time to set the list straight. What do you need to prepare in the next level cap?

Gold

Need I say more? Each level cap definitely requires you to have some gold in your pocket to actually do some more stuff, like equipment building, jading, and the like. If you have a stash of gold in your storage, wait until Saint Haven is reborn and go berserk in the Trading House for a headstart. Of course, this does not come easily to everyone. If you are one of those who hasn’t saved up yet, then take your time reaching the level cap, make your FTG count, and loot everything shiny you see. And if everything else fails, keep calm and wait for prices to deflate – for a couple of months, that is.

Alliance Points

Even if the old system will be changed, the alliance stores still give valuable items that you can exchange with your points from kissing-up to the NPCs. You can get epic jades from the alliance store. Both Free Adventurers Guild Alliance and the Golden Goose Guild Alliance are there for you. The latter one should be able to give you heaps of discounts in repairing, enhancing, etc. and gold-boosting VIP coupons, which is pretty handy if you want to make everything count. The latter has some helpful coupons for you if farming is your main source of gold. Cassius Palace Alliance will wipe off its code pouches clean, but you’ll get jade pouches instead. Pretty nifty, right? Not to mention that cap-level weapons are available if you’re struggling with the new nests for equipment sets.

Polished Jewels, Hexagonal Water

This is where your hoards of polished alteums, diamonds, and agates and hexagonal water come into play. Sure, the last two level caps you were enjoying didn’t change the jewel requirement for enhancing equipment, but this time is different. A newer set of alteums, diamond, and agates will be used for enhancement. You can craft them easily with hexagonal waters, so you’ll at least have some of the higher-grade jewels you can sell to earn yourself some money. Dungeon runs will also drop them, so make your FTG count.

Goddess Teardrops

If you want 70A weapons and armour off the bat, why not use your goddess teardrops and exchange them at the store. Dishonest Merchants sure come in handy at this time of the year. You can also sell these weapons, so it’s another source of gold.

 Old Equipment

Hey, you’ll be grinding your arses off to hit max level, so don’t you go selling around those weapons of yours. Settle for some lower-grade weapons instead? That could work, but the new disassembling system should be able to help you decide on what to do with your level 60 equipment. Yes, you can get items from disassembling equipment, and it gets better as the grade and enhancement level increases.

Skill Fragments

No worries, they won’t be obsolete just yet. Skill accessories still require your subtle, ambiguous, and I forgot the other one skill fragments. Not to mention that skill accessories are actually really, really expensive at the start of the level cap. The fragments required have been increased too.

Talismans

Who says those unneeded talismans will be useless? The changes in the disassembling system allows you to craft higher-grade talismans. Of course, the materials you need to do so will come from those unused, extra talismans you have in your inventory. This will, of course, help you in your grinding, and will boost your stats some more. Every stat point counts, honey.

Quests, Challenges

You wanna have all of the EXP you want when the level cap increases? Well, save off those 60 dungeon quests and finish them all. If you’re planning to solo all the way, this is your best deal. It’s easier than the lower modes of Anu Arendel dungeons, and it gives you some more time to get those jewels and talismans. It is recommended to still do it with a party, though, so just continue doing your daily quests until the end.

That is all I can think of right now. I’m not so sure how goddess breaths and sympathies play out in the next level (most certainly useful for those who still have old equipment under the suffix-potential system), but you can check up if I update on something.

New heroes, prepare!

  1. From what I heard, there is no non-set epic 70 armor for cap 70. So I don’t think you can buy any from merchant pero with goddess teardrops. The only way you can get 70A equip is from doing nests.

Right. Thank you for pointing that one out. And about jade pouches, they were implemented recently. It is confirmed that you can exchange for them from the Cassius Palace Alliance Store.

By the way…do cassius points realy give jade pouch? From what I heard it’s talisman pouches, not jade
